Social Media und Kommunikation für ein starkes Team.

Für das Spitalbataillon 5 wurde während vier Wochen die in- und externe Kommunikation geführt. Seit 2016 verfügt die Einheit über einen Social Media Kanal, hierfür wurde eine Strategie entwickelt, wie möglichst viele Menschen, ohne den Einsatz von monetären Mitteln, erreicht werden können. Dabei spielten sowohl die Multimedialität als auch die Regelmässigkeit der Posts eine wichtige Rolle.

Die Herausforderung ist es, militärische Tätigkeiten für zivile Personen verständlich und im Kontext der Aktionen zu erklären, dies gelang durch begleitende Redaktionstexte und erklärende Interviews.

Auch die Medien haben das Thema aufgegriffen und über den Einsatz des Spital Bataillons 5 berichtet.
